Karen Flawith is a qualified and experienced fitness trainer, and like Alex is a lady of a certain age (OK, thinner and much, much fitter), who understands that not everybody can get their foot behind their ear!  If you have been too busy to exercise for years, or have injuries, chronic conditions such as arthritis, or other challenges that you think prevent you from getting fit, speak to Karen.  You may be pleasantly surprised at what she can help you achieve!  Karen is also a qualified Nutrition Coach who believes that a healthy diet is the best medicine but understands that it’s not easy to do that all of the time in real life. Her approach is about education and small steps.
